Summer 2009

Jesse and I headed to San Francisco for our end-of-summer getaway, and it was wonderful. What an incredible city! Really beautiful architecture, nice hilly streets (to put it mildly) excellent waterfronts, and amazing forests not far away!

Here are the panoramic photos we took. Hopefully they're big enough that you can really see them :)

On the drive up to Muir Woods. Not 100% sure exactly what we're looking at, but I think it's Richardson Bay.

View of the Sunset from the Top of the Mark Hotel cocktail bar.
You can see the fog rolling in on the water, and even the tip of the Golden Gate Bridge sticking through it (about 1/3 of the way in, to the right of that wide shorter building).

The cliffs and ocean on the drive along the coast, Highway 1. On our way to Monterey and Carmel.

The 18 Fairway at Pebble Beach Golf Club.

The San Francisco skyline, as seen from the ferry to Alcatraz.

Truly, a fantastic trip! Also, I really love how my camera takes panoramic photos ;)
